The first teddy bear I made was for a very special loved one's Christmas. Watching him evolve as I sewed his head, limbs and body, assembled him and finally crafted his unique little face was an absolute joy. I knew him inside and out!

 

I was bitten by the bear bug and as quickly as possible, I gathered the materials I needed to make another. And another.

Word of my bears soon spread and before long, friends and family were placing orders for special gifts to others. My bears were being commissioned for birthday and Christmas presents, anniversaries, thank you gifts and to celebrate the arrival of new babies*
